How to place an order

You may have noticed that there isn’t an option for you to click on a product and buy it. There’s two reasons for this.

Firstly, I’d like to have a conversation (spoken or written) with you.

Secondly, I need to make sure there’s availability in my diary for your order to ensure it is freshly baked.

Use whichever method you prefer to get in touch with me and begin discussing your order. I’m happy to receive emails, texts, WhatsApp messages, messaging on social media or a plain old-fashioned phone call. I’m usually available between 9am & 9pm.

If there’s a product you’d like that isn’t listed on the website, please ask me. If I can make it for you and I think I can make a good job of it, I will make it. If it’s outside my range of skills, I shall politely decline. It’s always worth asking.

Place your order

 

Tell me what product/s you’d like and when you’d like them for and we’ll agree a mutually convenient time & date for collection. Please ask me any questions you might have about ingredients and allergens for your order.

Payment

 

Your order is confirmed once full payment has been made. Payments are by bank transfer or by PayPal.

Collection

 

All products are baked to order and can be collected from Mummy Bear Bakes HQ in Loxley, Sheffield S6 (address supplied once your order has been confirmed) at a mutually convenient time & date.

Collections are socially distanced and contactless. I’ll contact you with a clear procedure for this prior to collection in order to comply with current guidance.
